1. How can I purchase your products?

    You may choose any of the following methods to order our products:

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our policy is to begin the shipping process within three business days of receiving payment on the order.

3. Can I receive a free sample?

Sorry, but our company does not offer free samples for customers.

4. What payment methods are acceptable?

We only receive bank transfers.

5.Do you have a catalogue?

Yes we have a catalogue, please contact us if you would like to receive one.

6.How long do your products last?

Normally six months, but we receive special order.

7. How much is shipping?

Each country has different shipping fees but in general it costs 50 USD for each ELISA kit ordered.  Please contact us for further details.

8. Where is my package?

We usually use Fedex, DHL, or TNT, to deliver our goods, however you can choose any express company in which you have an account.

We will keep you informed of the tracking information, and at the same time we will provide you with the shipment number through email once we have begun the shipping process. You can track the status of the order on the website of the express company.
