Ordering Guide

1. All products are listedthe company catalogunless otherwise specifies, areUS dollars.  Because there are occasional adjustment factorsthe production of raw materials, please confirm the final sale price with Qayee Bio before any completed transactions.

2. Customers can order by e-mail, telephone, fax, or online.  Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5:30PM

3. When ordering, please provide the following information:

    a. Customer Name
    b. Telephone number
    c. Title
    d. E-mail address
    e. Address of Recipient
    f. Company Invoice Title
    g. Product Name (product number)
    h. Specifications
    i. Quantity
    j. Manufacturer
    k. Any other pertinent information

4. Customer Orders

    Spot Merchandise:

    a. International Orders (Outside China): Products will be shipped within three working days of receipt of ordershipment will usually arrive within one week.  All goods are shippedShanghai.  Please be wary of International shipping schedules.

    b. Domestic Orders (Within China): Products will be shipped within three working days of receipt of ordershipment will usually arrive within one week.  All goods are shippedShanghai.  Please be wary of domestic shipping schedules.

    Future Goods:
    c. Please allow for 3-4 weeks arrival time or refer to the schedule recommended by your customer service representative once the order has been confirmed.  Please note that orders may not be cancelled once confirmed.

5. Upon receipt of your order, please check for any inventory related errors such as quantity, price, or any damage to the goodsreport to Qayee within two working days. All complaints should be madewritinglate applications will not be processed.

6. Customers should store all products according to the proper preservationroom temperatures required.  If at some point, the customer discovers any product quality errors, Qayee will replace the product free of charge

7. If any product quality errors are discovered during use of our products, please submitwriting a detailed complaint within 30 days, illustrating the product quality problem. Please not that Qayee Bio will only resolve complaints related directly to the quality of its productsis not liable for how its products are used.  Qayee will not be responsible for any indirect errors madethe use of its products.

8. Customers must seek the consent of Qayee Bio before the cancellation of any orders, otherwise the customer is liable for all financial losses

9. Payment Requirements: Qayee Bio accepts payment through bank transfer, cash, money order or other forms of agreed upon payment

10. Payment Terms: Qayee Bio will ship orders upon receipt of the payments.  Upon receipt of the payment, Qayee will immediately ship the order to the customer.  For our distributors, we will follow the agreed upon payment termsthe contract.
